This requestwas motivated by feedback from potential investors forthe third full-service telecom license (‘License B’), whoemphasized the need for a level playing field, especiallyinrelation to infrastructure sharing and competitionconditions. ECA wanted to transform sector regulationand ensure fair competition in the telecom market.
