Inaddition to its roles in grant allocation, promotion and development,and special projects, policy research is also one of the HKADC’s corefunctions. 研 究 及 制 定 政 策 均 需 要 以 數 據 為 基礎，有見 及 此，藝 發 局自 2 0 0 7/ 0 8 年度 起 推 行「 香 港 藝 術 界 年 度 調 查 」計劃（ 本 計 劃 ），定 期 蒐 集 及 整 理 表 演藝 術、電 影 藝 術、視 覺 藝 術 及 文學 藝術 的 活 動 數 據，持 續 追 蹤 本 港 藝 術 生態的 發展 及 變 化。 Recognisingthe need for data-driven research and policyformulation, the HKADC initiated theHong Kong Annual Arts SurveyReport(the Survey) since 2007/08. The Survey regularly collects andcompiles activity data on performing arts, film arts, visual arts andliterary arts, continuously tracking the development and changeswithin Hong Kong’s arts ecology. 本計劃 推 行初期聚 焦 於視 覺 藝 術展 覽及 表 演 藝 術 活 動，其 後 研 究 範 圍 逐 步擴 大。第 二 及 第 三年先 後 納 入電 影 藝術節目及 擴 展 表 演 藝 術 的 統 計 範 疇；至 2018/1 9 年度 更 涵蓋 文學及 閱 讀 推廣 活 動，從 而 建 立 起 一 套 更 全 面 的 文化藝術數據統計資料庫。 Initially,the Survey focused on visual arts exhibitions andperforming arts activities, with its scope gradually expanding overtime. The second and third years saw the integration of film artsprogrammes and a broader statistical coverage of performing arts.In 2018/19, the Survey further encompassed literary and readingpromotion activities, thereby establishing a more comprehensivecultural and arts statistical database. 過 去 十 多年 間，有 賴 業 界 的 參 與 和 支持，本 計 劃 持 續 提 供 一 套 衝 量 本 地 藝文生態的指標。研究成果獲政府部門、業界、本地傳媒、評論員及學術機構等引用，成為分析藝術生態及制定相關策略的重要參考之一。 For over a decade, thanks to the participation and support of thearts sector, the Survey has consistently provided a set of indicatorsto measure the local arts and cultural ecology. Its research findingshave been cited by government departments, the arts sector, localmedia,critics and academic institutions,serving as a crucialreference for analysing the arts ecology and formulating relevantstrategies. 10,262 個實體藝文活動*physical arts and cultural programmes* 表演藝術節目Performing Artsprogrammes45%(4,663) 視覺藝術展覽Visual Artsexhibitions16%(1,657) 概 覽Overview 2024/ 2 5 年度 共 錄 得逾一萬個 藝文 活動 供 市民 參 與，數 量 持 續 攀 升。雖 然電 影 藝 術節目及視 覺 藝 術展 覽的 數 量稍 遜 於上 年 度，但 文學及 閱 讀 推 廣 活動 卻 大 幅 增 加 近 三 成，加 上 整 體 表 演藝 術 節目亦 錄 得 增 幅，使 總 節目量 升至破紀錄的10,262個（見圖1）。 In 2024/25, over 10,000 arts and cultural programmes were recordedfor public participation, marking a continued upward trend. Althoughthe numbers of Film Arts programmes and Visual Arts exhibitionswere slightly lower than those of the previous year, Literary andReading Promotion Activities surged by nearly 30%. Coupled with anincrease in overall Performing Arts programmes, the total number ofprogrammes reached a record-breaking 10,262 (see Chart 1). 於香港 體育館及 伊 利沙 伯體育館舉行的表演節目數量，繼上年度錄得急劇增長後，本年度回落至2022/23年度的水平（ 見 圖1）。於 兩 所 體 育 館 欣 賞 演出的 觀 眾 人次 降 至 74 . 3 萬，而 來自2 8 間演藝設施的觀眾人次則增加。此消彼長下，是年度總觀衆人次1雖略有回落，整體仍錄得近400萬人次（見圖2）。 Following a sharp increase in the previous year, the number ofPerforming Arts programmes held at the Hong Kong Coliseum andQueen Elizabeth Stadium fell back to the 2022/23 level (see Chart 1).Attendanceat these two venues dropped to 743,000,whileattendance at the 28 performing facilities continued to rise. Takentogether, total attendance1 edged down slightly for the yearbutremained close to 4 million (see Chart 2). The attendance and box office records were not available from some of theorganising/curating units of Visual Arts exhibitions and Literary Arts activities.Therefore, the analysis of audience attendance only focused on Performing Artprogrammes held at the 28 performing facilities, Hong Kong Coliseum and QueenElizabeth Stadium and Film Arts screenings.1 2024/ 2 5 年度的總 票 房收 入隨 觀 衆人次下降，縮 減 至$11. 2億（見圖3）。其中，來自兩 所 體 育 館 的 表 演 藝 術 票 房收 入 雖 見下 降，惟 仍 佔 總 票 房 收 入 超過 一 半。另 一方 面，於 2 8 間 演 藝 設 施進 行的收 費表 演藝 術 場 次 及觀 眾人次雖 於 是 年 度 有 所 增 加，其 收 入 卻 不 升反跌，錄得約5%的跌幅（見圖4）。 In 2024/25, total box office income fell to $1.12 billion as attendancedeclined (see Chart 3). Although box office income from the twostadiums decreased, it still accounted for more than half of the total.Meanwhile, despite increases in the number of paid Performing Artsperformances and attendance at the 28 performing facilities, incomefrom these venues dropped by about 5% (see Chart 4).
