Report Overview Data Sources This is the 13th annual sustainabilit y/social responsibilit yreport of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. It presents the Group'ssteadfast commitment to sustainable development and itsambitious contributions toward the United Nations SustainableDevelopment Goals (UN SDGs) for all stakeholders. Since 2022,Geely Holding has been upholding the Ten Principles of the UNGlobal Compact based on the United Nations conventions. Theseprinciples encompass human rights, labour, environment andanti-corruption. The data and cases in this report are sourced from official documents and statisticalreports of Geely Holding, reviewed by relevant departments. Unless otherwise specified,monetary amounts are presented in Chinese RMB. Reporting Period The report covers January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024 ("the reporting period"). Certaincontent may refer back to historical data or extend into 2025 to ensure comparability andcompleteness. Reporting Language The report is available in Simplified Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancies, theSimplified Chinese version shall prevail. Reporting Standards Reporting Scope This repor t is prepared in accordance with the latest version of theGRl UniversalStandards 2021 of GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards(GRI Standards) , as issued by theGlobal Sustainability Standard Board (GSSB). Additionally, it refers to theIFRS S1 GeneralRequirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information andIFRS S2Climate-related Disclosures issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board(ISSB), and other disclosure frameworks, as well as Chinese standard,Guidance on SocialResponsibility Reporting (GB/T 36001-2015). The report also aligns with theUN SDGs , andtheTen Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
