In theturbulent market environment, the Landsea team always relies onfirm belief and fighting spirit, professional strength, and unremittingefforts to lead the Company through difficulties. During the Period,the contracted sales of“Landsea Products”amounted toapproximately RMB7.83 billion with contracted GFA of approximately423,000 sq.m. The total revenue was approximately RMB1.32 billion. Chairman’s Report主席報告 362342,3001,200 During the Period, leveraging its green technology residenceconstruction ability and professional project management ability, theCompany secured a total of 36 projects, among which 2 were in thePRC and 34 were in the United States; and achieved smooth deliveryof over 2,300 houses in China and over 1,200 houses in the UnitedStates. The green gene is deeply embedded inLandsea and will continue to guide the healthy development of theenterprise. As of 30 June 2024, we have built more than 200 greenresidential projects across the country, with a green residentialdevelopment area of more than 33 million sq.m. At present, theCompany has obtained a total of 104 green building certifications inthe PRC, of which 56 are three-star green building certifications. Thefirst three-star green building project certification in 9 cities, includingShanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Suzhou, was obtained by Landsea.Our projects with national green building certification accounted fornearly 70% of the total number of projects.
