During the first half of 2025,the real estate industry sought new opportunities amid profoundrestructuring, while property management companies faced dualchallenges of competition in the existing market and serviceupgrades. Landsea Green Life cultivated new opportunities throughtransformation and created value through steadfast commitment,achieving comprehensive improvement in operational quality. Wenow present our key achievements to our shareholders: Chairman’s Report主席報告 精益築基 LAYING A LEAN FOUNDATION During the Period, through precise management of the GFA undermanagement, the total revenue of GFA under management of ourproperties increased by 3.3% year-on-year, in which revenue ofGFA under management from property management services roseby 10.6% year-on-year, achieving a transformation characterizedby reduced volume and enhanced quality. Cost optimization drovea significant increase in gross profit margin, which rose by 1.4percentage points year-on-year. The gross profit margin for propertymanagement services grew by 29.0% year-on-year, while the grossprofit margin for community value-added services reached 46.7%,with the gross profit margin for home-living services increasingto 37.5%.
