Chairman’s Report主席報告 精細運營可持續發展 REFINED OPERATION AND SUSTAINABLEDEVELOPMENT 人是標準化建設和精細化運營的內核與驅動力。我們通過不斷發現、總結和提煉標準化作業流程,開發服務培訓課程,以針對性地提升物業管家的服務專業化、規範化,保障品質服務橫向在各項目中快速落地和複製。今年自一月初起至四月末,本集團啟動2024品質全國宣貫會,三個月時間先後在南京、武 漢、蘇 州、無 錫、杭 州、上 海、成 都、深 圳等八個站點先後開展,聚焦項目關鍵崗位,輔以嚴格的考試測評,全方位提升人員專業素養。未來集團還將圍繞精細化服務品質管控、綠色低碳社區服務等主題,開發更多優質培訓內容。 People are the core and driving force of standardization constructionand refined operations. We continuously discover, summarize, andrefine standardized operating procedures, and develop servicetraining courses to specifically enhance the professionalism andstandardization of property managers, ensuring swift andwidespread implementation of top-tier services across all ourprojects. From the beginning of January to the end of April this year,the Group launched the 2024 National Quality PromotionConference. Spanning three months and eight cities includingNanjing, Wuhan, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, andShenzhen, it targeted key roles in project operation with requirementon passing strict examinations, and, as a result, enhanced the team’soverall capability.
