Basis of Presentation and Recent Accounting Pronouncements Red Robin Gourmet Burgers,Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the parent company for Red Robin International, Inc., a Nevadacorporation, that together with its subsidiaries ("Red Robin," "we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), primarily operates, franchises, anddevelops casual dining restaurants in North America. As of July 12, 2026, the Company owned and operated 375 restaurants located in 39states. The Company also had 90 casual dining restaurants operated by franchisees in 13 states and one Canadian province. The Companyoperated its business as one operating and one reportable segment. Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements include the accounts of Red Robin and its wholly ownedsubsidiaries. All intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. The Company's financial statements havebeen prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America ("GAAP") for interim financialinformation. In the opinion of management, all adjustments considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. The preparationof financial statements in conformity with GAAP requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amountsof assets and liabilities and disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements and the reported amounts ofrevenues and expenses during the reporting period. The results of operations for any interim period are not necessarily indicative of resultsfor the full year.
