The Fund will be open to third-party contributions (i.e. financial participation from partiesother than FIFA). These Regulations shall also apply to the funding provided by these 2.ELIGIBILITY 1.FIFA’s Member Associations, as well as international/regional organisations,other public entities and non-governmental organisations are eligible to apply 2.For the avoidance of doubt, there is no legal guarantee, nor any entitlement, for 3.FIFA’S DUTIES 1.FIFA shall be attentive and available to assist beneficiaries, particularly in theimplementation of the Fund, in order to ensure that the Fund responds to the 2.This may include, as a duty of the FIFA general secretariat, developingstandard-form templates and checklists of requested documents and issuingwritten guidelines, such as guidelines on permitted uses of funds and, where 3.FIFA shall be objective, impartial and transparent in its management of the 1.Subject to compliance with these Regulations and any other applicableregulations and decisions of FIFA, applicants may receive financial support 2.Any funding shall only be used for the purposes set out in article 5.1paragraph1 5.APPLICATION FOR FUNDING | PROCEDURE 5.1Application for funding 1.Applicants may request funding for the recovery and reconstruction ofdamaged and destroyed football and other related sports infrastructure locatedin territories emerging from conflict.
