DXP Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of distributing maintenance, repair and operating ("MRO")products and services to a variety of end markets and business-to-business customers. Additionally, DXP provides integrated, custom pumpskid packages, pump remanufacturing and manufactures branded private label pumps to energy and broad industrial customers. The Companyis currently organized intothreebusiness segments: Service Centers ("SC"), Innovative Pumping Solutions ("IPS"), and Supply Chain Services("SCS").
