Management Discussion and Analysis BUSINESS REVIEW Overview We are a leading and fast-growing freshly-made beverage companyin China, dedicated to serving fresh, tasty and value-for-moneybeverages of consistently high quality. We focus on the mid-pricedsegment of China’s freshly-made tea store market. We manage an extensive network of stores with steadilyincreasing GMV and a track record of profitability.
