AdaptHealth services beneficiaries ofMedicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance payors. The Company operates underfourreportable segments that align with its productcategories: (i) Sleep Health, (ii) Respiratory Health, (iii) Diabetes Health, and (iv) Wellness at Home. The Sleep Health segment provides sleeptherapy equipment, supplies and related services (including CPAP and BiLevel services) to individuals for the treatment of obstructive sleepapnea. The Respiratory Health segment provides oxygen and home mechanical ventilation equipment and supplies and related chronic therapyservices to individuals for the treatment of respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic respiratory failure. The interim consolidated financial statements are unaudited, but reflect all normal recurring adjustments that are, in the opinion ofmanagement, necessary to fairly present the information set forth herein.
