The aviation industry is facing significant challenges as it emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, including rebuilding businesses and addressing environmental concerns. The industry must accelerate innovations and embrace emerging technologies to achieve sustainable air travel. This paper explores the path to sustainable air travel and its potential impact on travel programs and business travelers. The global airline passenger outlook is positive, with a post-pandemic rebound expected. The industry is now working to recover and prepare for the future.
