WAREHOUSE MARKETLower Silesia The Lower Silesia region is the fourth largest warehouse market in Poland and oneof the most strategically positioned logistics hubs in the south west of the country.Its attractiveness is driven by highly favourable conditions for both manufacturingand distribution activities, supported by a well developed transport network that Q4 2025 At the end of Q4 2025, warehouse stock in the Lower Silesia region was estimated atapproximately 4.6m sq m, accounting for 12.6% of Poland’s total modern warehousesupply.
