The notes do not bear interest.The amount that you will be paid on your notes at maturity (August 16, 2027) is based on theperformance of a weighted basket comprised of the EURO STOXX 50® FTSE®100 Index (17.00% weighting), the Swiss Market Index (11.00% weighting) and the S&P/ASX 200 Index (8.00% weighting) as measured from the trade date (February 12, 2026) to and including the valuation date (August 12, 2027).The initial basket level was set to 100 on the trade date and the final basket level will equal thesumof the products, as calculated for each basket component, of: (i) the final index level (the closing level of the basket component on the valuation date)divided bythe initialindex level (6,011.29 with respect to the EURO STOXX 50®Index, 3,882.16 with respect to TOPIX, 10,402.44 with respect to the FTSE® 100 Index, 13,529.92 with respect to the Swiss Market Index and 9,043.544 with respect to the S&P/ASX 200 Index (which in each caseis the closing level of the applicable basket component on the trade date))multiplied by(ii) the applicable initial weighted value for eachbasket component. If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, the return on your notes will be positive and will equalthe participation rate of 200.00%timesthe basket return, subject to the maximum payment amount of $1,327.00 for each $1,000principal amount of your notes.
