ABOUT THE COMPANY, MANAGEMENTSYSTEMS AND GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE About the Company The Group is an established electrical and mechanical (“E&M”)engineering services provider, our major business involves thesupply, installation and maintenance of mechanical ventilation andair-conditioning systems, drainage systems, water supply, swimmingpool and fountain systems, electrical and control systems as wellas smart electrical control systems in buildings. We were engagedby reputable property developers and construction companiesin Hong Kong to complete several iconic projects. We continueto strive to provide excellent E&M engineering services to ourcustomers. In 2025, the Group was awarded by the Federation ofHong Kong Industries the EcoPartner and EcoPioneer under theBOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awardsin recognition of the Group’s outstanding performances in energyconservation and environmental protection. 2025 In the field of innovation and technology, through the establishmentof a green building and IoT joint laboratory with a local universityin Hong Kong, the Group is committed to the research anddevelopment of new green building materials and solutions forgreen buildings that integrate energy saving, carbon reduction,environmental protection and air purification. Meanwhile, the Groupalso conducts research and development through big data in thearea of smart cities, Internet of Things, smart health and humanresources management system. 201520502030206020212050 In terms of environmental protection and energy conservation,the reduction of carbon emissions and energy consumption hasbecome a global issue. Since the adoption of the “Paris Agreement”in 2015, many countries have developed specific timelines andplans for carbon neutrality, and the European Union has decidedto legislate on its commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by2050. The Chinese government has already stipulated its targetsin reaching carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060 inthe 14th Five-Year Plan. 2021 Policy Address also announced thatHong Kong would strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 andupdate the “Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan”. As a key playerin the industry of the installation of E&M systems, we carry theresponsibility to protect the ecosystem, and to ensure environmentalprotection while promoting growth and development of the society.We endeavour to incorporate energy saving technologies andrenewable energy into E&M systems to reduce carbon emissions,thereby making buildings more environmentally-friendly and morecomfortable. Accel Group is actively integrating itself into thenational development and expanding the dual carbon goal relatedindustrial chain. In addition, the Group was appointed as the vice-chairman unit of the Carbon Neutrality Committee of China EnergyConservation Association and a founding member of the GBACarbon Neutrality Association and has received the CorporateEnvironmental Leadership Award from the Federation of Hong KongIndustries for several consecutive years.
