This Report highlights the Group’s ESG performance and theefforts made to enhance sustainability during the period from 1 April2024 to 31 March 2025 (the “Reporting Period”, the “Year” or “2025”). 報告範圍 Reporting Scope 本 報 告 概 述 本 集 團 於 中 華 人 民 共 和 國（「中 國」）10個農產品交易市場、16個街市及1個深圳辦事處的環境、社會及管治（「環境、社會及管治」）表現。由於深圳辦事處對環境的影響甚微，故我們討論環境表現時，重點關注農產品交易市場。此外，16個 街 市 的 營 運 並 未 納 入 於 本 報 告 中 的 環境數據，乃由於其被分類為合營公司的權益。 This Report provides an overview of the Environmental, Social andGovernance (“ESG”) performance of the Group’s 10 agriculturalproduce exchange markets, 16 wet markets and 1 office in Shenzhenin the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). Since the Shenzhenoffice has a minimal environmental impact, we focus mainly on theagricultural produce exchange markets when discussing environmentalperformance. Besides, the operations of the 16 wet markets are notincluded in the environmental data of the Report because they areclassified as an interest in joint venture. 報告框架 Reporting Framework 本 報 告 乃 根 據 香 港 聯 合 交 易 所 有 限 公 司（「聯交所」）主板證券上市規則附錄C2所載的環境、社會及管治報告指引（「環境、社會及管治報告指引」）編 製。於 編 製 本 報 告 時，本 集 團 應 用 環 境、社 會及管治報告指引所訂明的報告原則如下： This Report has been prepared in accordance with the Environmental,Social and Governance Reporting Guide (the “ESG Reporting Guide”)as set out in Appendix C2 of the Rules Governing the Listing Securitieson the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the“StockExchange”). Through interactions with internalmanagement, employees, and external stakeholders, we have identifiedvarious significant sustainability issues that require attention. ThisReport was prepared based on these key issues.
