Although thisapproach may temporarily impact the Group’s profitability, management ofthe Group believes that such growing pains are something the Group mustendureduring its development phase.The sacrifices made now will yieldsubstantial returns for the Group in the future. 過 去 的 一 年，本 集 團 將 工 作 重 心 放 在 如 何 穩 固 現有 業 務 及 拓 展 新 營 收 產 業 上 面。本 集 團 員 工 秉 持「蓄 力 以 待 發、優 化 以 圖 強」的 主 導 思 想，著 力 鞏固 主 要 業 務，梳 理 並 優 化 業 務 流 程，提 高 服 務 質量，致力將主營業務做優做精，全面提高本集團在行業內的競爭力，而不是一味地拓展業務量。雖然這 樣 做 會 給 本 集 團 帶 來 一 定 的 利 潤 影 響，但 是 本集 團 管 理 層 認 為，這 種 陣 痛 是 本 集 團 在 發 展 期 所必 須 經 歷 的，此 刻 的 付 出 給 本 集 團 帶 來 的 將 會 是豐厚的回報。 在業務上，本公司的主要業務運營公司，北京天馬通 馳 汽 車 租 賃 有 限 公 司（「天 馬 通 馳 租 賃」）、北 京天馬通馳旅遊客運有限公司（「天馬通馳旅遊」）及北京天馬通馳新能源汽車服務有限公司（「天馬通馳 新 能 源」，連 同 天 馬 通 馳 租 賃、天 馬 通 馳 旅 遊 統稱「天馬通馳集團」）管理層認為，基於當前市場環境 與 未 來 預 期，結 合 天 馬 通 馳 集 團 目 前 的 車 輛 及人員情況，在本年度不適合進行大規模業務擴張，而 應 把 精 力 放 在 對 企 業 本 身 的 提 高 與 優 化 上。天馬 通 馳 集 團 管 理 層 於 本 年 度 進 行 了 業 務 收 縮，放棄 利 潤 較 低 或 沒 有 利 潤 的 業 務，盡 力 優 化 管 理 流程，提高服務品質，降低管理及運營成本。對內進行管理人員的優化與淘汰，提高司機的培訓力度，增加業務熟練度和安全意識，對外提高公司形象，優化投標競標方案，提高公司在行業內的競爭力。在這一年裡，我們收緊拳頭蓄勢待發，整合資源、優 化 結 構，準 備 在 新 的 財 政 年 度 中，全 面 拓 展 業務，以迎來更好的發展。 Interms of business,the principal b
