The Company has been gradually shifting its focusfromthe resumption of trading and capital reorganization to businessdevelopment. As a result of the pandemic and the broader macroeconomicenvironment in 2022 and the first half of 2023, the Company's businesshasbeen inevitably affected,with both revenue and profit taking a hit.Fortunately, with the concerted efforts of the Company's management and allstaff, we weathered the most difficult period and are ready to embrace thepost-pandemic development. 在業務上，去年，本公司的主要業務運營公司，北京 天 馬 通 馳 汽 車 租 賃 有 限 公 司（「天 馬 通 馳 租 賃」）及北京天馬通馳旅遊客運有限公司（「天馬通馳旅遊」，連同天馬通馳租賃，統稱「天馬通馳集團」），在 全 體 員 工 的 不 懈 努 力 之 下，雖 然 無 法 完 全 避 免大 環 境 的 影 響，但 是 我 們 盡 力 將 疫 情 的 影 響 降 到最低，天馬通馳集團依然保持穩定的業務狀況。 In terms of business, during the year, thanks to the unremitting efforts of allstaff,北京天馬通馳汽車租賃有限公司(Beijing Tian Ma Tong Chi Car RentalCo.,Ltd.*)(“TMTC Rental”)and北京天馬通馳旅遊客運有限公司(BeijingTian Ma Tong Chi Travel Transportation Co., Ltd.*) (“TMTC Travel”, togetherwith TMTC Rental collectively referred to as “TMTC Group”), the principalbusiness operating companies of the Company, spared no effort to minimisethe impact of the pandemic although it was impossible to completely avoidthe impact of the macro environment. As a result, TMTC Group maintainedstable business conditions. 本 公 司 管 理 層 在 復 牌 後，都 有 一 個 清 晰 的 認 知，明 白 單 一 業 務 的 風 險 會 比 較 大，多 元 化 經 營 能 分散風險，有利於向前景較好的行業轉移，並可以帶動 及 促 進 現 有 業 務 的 發 展。為 了 本 公 司 股 東（「股東」）和 投 資 者 的 利 益，本 公 司 管 理 層 積 極 拓 展 公司業務層面，於本財政年內，本公司購置了一批硬件，成立計算分析及處理中心，為本公司開拓數字管 理 及 大 數 據 分 析 服 務 市 場 板 塊。該 批 設 備 計 劃於 二 零 二 三 年 年 內 交 付 使 用。這 是 繼 本 公 司 於 二零二三年一月十九日簽署的有關潛在收購事項 之諒 解 備 忘 錄 之 後，於 數 字 經 濟 板 塊 所 邁 出 的 又 一大步。另外，本公司管理層目前正在積極準備及開拓 天 然 資 源 商 品 貿 易，大 宗 商 品 以 及 其 他 貨 物 的貿 易 及 運 輸 等 業 務，期 待 新 增 業 務 可 以 為 本 集 團帶來可觀的營業額以及豐厚的利潤。 Following the resumption of trading, the management of the Company hasa lucid perception and understands that singular business model is ratherrisky, while diversified operations can diversify risks and facilitate the transfertosectors with better prospects,as well as driving and promoting thedevelopment of existing business.
