As a result of the overall environment in industry,the Company’s business has been inevitably affected, with both revenue andprofit taking a hit. Fortunately, with the concerted efforts of the Company’smanagement and all staff, we weathered the most difficult period and areready to embrace the brand-new development. 過 去 的 一 年，本 公 司 將 工 作 重 心 放 在 了 如 何 增 加本公司業務，增加本公司收入，為股東創造更多利益。由於本行業整體環境的因素，本公司業務不可避免的受到波及，營收及利潤均被影響。所幸，在本 公 司 管 理 層 和 全 體 員 工 的 一 致 努 力 下，我 們 挺過了最困難的時期，並準備好了迎接新的發展。 在業務上，去年，本公司的主要業務運營公司，北京 天 馬 通 馳 汽 車 租 賃 有 限 公 司（「天 馬 通 馳 租 賃」）及北京天馬通馳旅遊客運有限公司（「天馬通馳旅遊」，連同天馬通馳租賃，統稱「天馬通馳集團」），在 全 體 員 工 的 不 懈 努 力 之 下，雖 然 無 法 完 全 避 免大環境的影響，但是我們盡力將影響降到最低，天馬 通 馳 集 團 依 然 保 持 穩 定 的 業 務 狀 況。在 這 一 年裡，我們收緊拳頭蓄勢待發，沉澱力量清理淤積，準備在新的財政年度中，將業務全面展開，以迎來更好的發展。 In terms of business, during the past year, thanks to the unremitting effortsof all staff,北京天馬通馳汽車租賃有限公司(Beijing Tian Ma Tong Chi CarRentalCo.,Ltd.*)(“TMTC Rental”)and北京天馬通馳旅遊客運有限公司(Beijing Tian Ma Tong Chi Travel Transportation Co., Ltd.*) (“TMTC Travel”,together with TMTC Rental collectively referred to as “TMTC Group”), theprincipal business operating companies of the Company, spared no effortto minimize the impact although it was impossible to completely avoid theimpact of the macro environment. As a result, TMTC Group maintained stablebusiness conditions. In this year, we have clenched our fists to be poisedto grow, built momentum for stock clearing and well prepared for the newfinancial year to bring our business into full swing to embrace better growth. 本 公 司 管 理 層 清 醒 的 意 識 到，在 目 前 的 整 體 環 境下，只有多元化經營分散風險，向前景較好的行業轉移，才能帶領本集團走向更好的發展。僅發展現有 業 務 是 不 具 備 抗 風 險 能 力 的。為 了 本 公 司 股 東和 投 資 者 的 利 益，本 公 司 管 理 層 積 極 拓 展 公 司 業務層面，於本財政年度內，本公司完成了計算分析及 處 理 中 心 的 安 裝 和 調 試，並 已 經 開 始 運 營 並 為本 集 團 提 供 收 入。這 是 本 集 團 在 該 領 域 邁 出 的 第一步。此外，本集團也在本財政年度完成了對CityGear集 團 的 收 購，使 得 本 公 司 在 系 統 集 成 和 數 據分 析 領 域 再 進 一 步，該 集 團 現 在 已 經 開 始 為 本 集團帶來利益。另外，本公司管理層目前正在積極準備 及 開 拓 天 然 資 源 商 品 貿 易，大 宗 商 品 以 及 其 他貨 物 的 貿 易 及 運 輸 等 業 務，期 待 新 增 業 務 可 以 為本集團帶來可觀的營業額以及豐厚的利潤。 The management of the Company is keenly aware that under the currentoverall environment, only developing diversified operations for enhanced riskcontrol and shifting to industries with better prospects can lead
