The Companyis a subsidiary of China SCE Group Holdings Limited (“China SCEHoldings”, together with its subsidiaries but excluding the Group,the“China SCE Group”) (Stock Code: 1966). The Group’s principalactivities comprise two major segments, namely commercial propertymanagement and operational services and residential propertymanagement services. The Company is headquartered in Shanghai forits business operations and its services cover the West Taiwan StraitEconomic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the BohaiRim Economic Zone, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater BayArea and the Central Western Region. 於二零二五年六月三十日,本集團在中華人民共和國(「中國」)18個省、直轄市及自治區的57個城市擁有龐大的已簽約物業管理組合,當中包括安徽、北京、重慶、福建、廣東、河北、河南、湖南、江蘇、江西、遼寧、山東、陝西、上海、四川、天津、雲南及浙江。本集團的商業物業管理服務分部及住宅物業管理服務分部分別榮獲萬商俱樂部及中國指數研究 院 頒 發「TOP30影 響 力 企 業」及「2025中 國物業服務百強企業」。 The Group had a large contracted property management portfolioencompassing 57 cities across 18 provinces, municipalities andautonomous regions in the People’s Republic of China (the“PRC”)as at 30 June 2025, including Anhui, Beijing, Chongqing, Fujian,Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning,Shandong, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Sichuan, Tianjin, Yunnan and Zhejiang.The Group’s commercial property management services segment andresidential property management services segment were awardedthe“TOP30 of Influential Enterprises”and“2025 Top 100 PropertyManagement Companies in China”by Van Sound Club and ChinaIndex Academy, respectively.
