The gender, regional and generationalrepresentation within the ICC Court demonstrate ICC’s commitment in reflecting the global business andlegal communities it serves.ICC Court membership by region and genderCaseloadIn 2024, a total of 841 arbitration cases were registered with the Secretariat of the ICC Court(“Secretariat”), of which 831 cases were filed under theICC Arbitration Rules(“Arbitration Rules”) and10 under theRules of ICC as Appointing Authority(“Appointing Authority Rules”).4At year-end 2024, a total of 1,789 cases were being administered via theSecretariat’s officesin Paris, NewYork, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi Global Market.While the majority of ICC arbitrations involve cross-border disputes (69%), half of newly-registered cases(50%) involved parties from the same reg
