Hong Kong BranchIndustrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) LimitedLuso International Banking LimitedOCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited 重要日期年度業績公告股東週年大會－遞交過戶文件最後限期 Key DatesAnnual Results Announcement 2025年6月20日2025年8月13日2025年8月7日（下午4時30分前） 20 June 202513 August 20257 August 2025(before 4:30 p.m.) Annual General Meeting‒Latest Time to Lodge Transfers MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS管理層討論及分析 英 皇 娛 樂 酒 店 有 限 公 司（「本 公 司」）董 事 會（「董事會」或「董事」）提呈本公司及其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）截至2025年3月31日止年度（「本年度」）之經審核綜合業績。 The board of directors (“Board”or“Director(s)”) of EmperorEntertainment Hotel Limited (“Company”) presents the auditedconsolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries(collectively referred to as“Group”) for the year ended 31 March2025 (“Year”). 業績 RESULTS 受惠於旅遊業持續改善，本集團於本年度的總收入上升6.0%至837,000,000港元（2024年：789,300,000港 元）。來 自 酒 店 及 租 賃公 寓 的 收 入 大 致 維 持 在331,400,000港 元（2024年：330,100,000港 元），而 博 彩 收入 則 增 加10.1%至505,600,000港 元（2024年：459,200,000港元）。然而，由於投 資 物業公允價值虧損為371,700,000港元（2024年：20,300,000港元），本集團於本年度錄得淨 虧 損248,100,000港 元（2024年：淨 溢 利62,800,000港元）。每股基本虧損為0.16港元（2024年：每股基本盈利0.05港元）。 Supported by the continued improvement of the tourismsector, the Group’s total revenue increased by 6.0% to HK$837.0million (2024: HK$789.3 million) during the Year. Revenue fromhotels and leasing apartments remained broadly stable atHK$331.4 million (2024: HK$330.1 million) while gaming revenueincreased by 10.1% to HK$505.6 million (2024: HK$459.2 million).Nevertheless, due to a fair value loss on investment propertiesamounting to HK$371.7 million (2024: HK$20.3 million), theGroup recorded a net loss of HK$248.1 million (2024: net profitof HK$62.8 million) during the Year. Basic loss per share wasHK$0.16 (2024: basic earnings per share of HK$0.05). 市場回顧 MARKET REVIEW 於本年度，香港政府繼續致力在香港舉辦及推廣大型盛事，如香港國際七人欖球賽、巴塞爾藝術展香港展會及香港馬拉松等，以鞏固香港作為「亞洲盛事之都」的地位。於2024年，訪港旅客人數由3,400萬人次增加30.9%至4,450萬 人 次，其 中 來 自 中 國 內 地 的 旅 客增 幅 達27.2%，仍 為 香 港 最 大 的 旅 客 來 源地。政府亦繼續推動各項人才入境計劃，而來 自 中 國 內 地 的 人 才 不 斷 湧 入 則 帶 動 本 地租賃公寓的需求。 During the Year, the Hong Kong
