Annual Report年報2024 Highlights摘要 OVERVIEW 概覽 中國東方教育控股有限公司（「本公司」）及其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）為中國領先職業技能教育提供商。我們的業務集中在為學生提供創新性職業技能教育，從而提高學 生 在 不 斷 變 化 的 就 業 市 場 中 的 就 業 能力，並支持因中國持續的經濟增長，城鎮化及產業升級而帶來的不斷變化的勞動力需求。 China East Education Holdings Limited (the “Company”) and itssubsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are a leading provider inthe vocational training education in China. Our business focuseson providing innovative vocational training education to studentsto increase their employability in the ever-changing employmentmarket, as well as supporting China’s evolving workforcerequirements driven by its sustained economic growth, urbanizationand industrial upgrade. 我們的職業技能教育主要涵蓋四個行業領域 ， 即 烹 飪 技 術 、 信 息 技 術 及 互 聯 網 技術、汽車維修及時尚美業。我們於七個知名學校品牌（即新東方烹飪教育、美味學院 、 歐 米 奇 西 點 西 餐 教 育 、 新 華 電 腦 教育、華信智原DT人才培訓基地、萬通汽車教育及歐曼諦時尚美業教育）旗下服務於該四個行業領域。截至2024年12月31日，我們運營233所學校及中心，截至2024年12月31日止年度的平均培訓人次及客戶註冊人數為146,294人次。我們的全面且全國性學校網絡遍佈中國內地大部份省份及香港。 Our vocational training education mainly covers four industrysectors, namely, culinary arts, information technology and internettechnology, auto services as well as fashion and beauty. Weserve these four industry sectors under seven renowned schoolbrands, namely New East Culinary Education, Cuisine Academy,Omick Education of Western Cuisine and Pastry, Xinhua InternetTechnology Education, Wisezone Data Technology Education,Wontone Automotive Education and On-mind Fashion and BeautyEducation. As of 31 December 2024, we operated 233 schoolsand centers with 146,294 average number of students enrolled andcustomers registered for the year ended 31 December 2024. Ourcomprehensive nationwide school network covers almost all of theprovinces in mainland China and Hong Kong. We founded Omick Education of WesternCusine and Pastry to offer high-qualitywestern-style catering education. The number of our schools in operation reached 126. Wefounded Cuisine Academy to provide customizedcatering experience to customers who are interested incooking or plan to establish their own businesses in thecatering industry. 運營中的學校數量達到 90 所。成立歐米奇西點西餐教育，提供優質西餐教育。 In June 2019, the Company was listed on theMain Board of The Stock Exchange of HongKong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”).
