Our business focuseson providing innovative vocational training education to studentsto increase their employability in the ever-changing employmentmarket, as well as supporting China’s evolving workforcerequirements driven by its sustained economic growth, urbanizationand industrial upgrade. 我們的職業技能教育主要涵蓋四個行業領域 ， 即 烹 飪 技 術 、 信 息 技 術 及 互 聯 網 技術、汽車維修及時尚美業。我們於七個知名學校品牌（即新東方烹飪教育、歐米奇西點西餐教育、美味學院、新華電腦教育、華信智原DT人才培訓基地、萬通汽車教育及歐曼諦時尚美業教育）旗下服務於該四個行業領域。截至2023年12月31日，我們運營245所學校及中心，截至2023年12月31日止年度的平均培訓人次及客戶註冊人數為146,839人次。我們的全面且全國性學校網絡遍佈中國內地大部份省份及香港。 Our vocational training education mainly covers four industrysectors, namely, culinary arts, information technology and internettechnology, auto services as well as fashion & beauty. Weserve these four industry sectors under seven renowned schoolbrands, namely New East Culinary Education, Omick Educationof Western Cuisine and Pastry, Cuisine Academy, Xinhua InternetTechnology Education, Wisezone Data Technology Education,Wontone Automotive Education and On-mind Fashion & BeautyEducation. As of 31 December 2023, we operated 245 schoolsand centers with 146,839 average number of students enrolled andcustomers registered for the year ended 31 December 2023. Ourcomprehensive nationwide school network covers almost all of theprovinces in mainland China and Hong Kong. AnhuiXinhua Computer institute obtained the ISO 9001: 2000quality management system certification. LangjieTechnology was recognizad as a high and new technologyenterprise by the Beijing Municipal Science & TechnologyCommission for a period of two years. 運營中的學校數目達到27所。安徽新華電腦專修學院已通過ISO 9001: 2000品質管制體系認證。朗傑科技連續兩年獲北京市科學技術委員會認證為高新技術企業。 The number of our schools in operation reached 40. AnhuiXinhua Computer Institute was appointed by the Ministryof Human Resources and Social Security of the People’sRepublic of China (the “PRC”) (the “Ministry of HumanResources and Social Security”) to organize the“Developing Talent with New Skills for China New Project”and “Four New Talent Development Plan”. 運營中的學校數目達到40所。安徽新華電腦專修學院受中華人民共和國（「中國」）人力資源和社會保障部（「人社部」）委任組織「國家新技能人才培養新項目」及「四新人才培養計劃」。 新東方烹飪教育在中國飯店協會第四屆委員會會議第一次選舉中被評為中國飯店協會常務委員會成員。 The number of our schools in operation reached 71, andwe expanded our business to Hong Kong.運營中的學校數目達到71所，並將業務擴展至香港。 The number of our schools in operation reached90. We founded Omick Education of WesternCusine and Pastry to offer high-qualitywestern-style catering education. The number of our schools in operation reached 126. Wefounded Cuisine Academy to provide customizedcatering experience to customers who are interested incooking or plan to establish their own businesses in thecatering industry. 運營中的學校數量達到 90 所。成立歐米奇西點西餐教育，提供優質西餐教育。 In June 2019, the Company was listed on theMain Board of The Stock Exchange of HongKong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). As of 31December 2019, the number of our schools inoperation reached 177. 運營中的學校數目達到126所。成立美味學院，旨在為對烹飪感興趣或計劃在餐飲行業自行創業的客戶提供私人訂製烹飪體驗。 於2019年6月，本公司在香港聯合交易所有限公司（「聯交所」）主板上市。截至 2019 年 12 月31 日，運營中的學校數量達到 177 所。 As of 31 December 2020, we operated 206 schools inmainland China and Hong Kong, and have successfullyissued the first batch of certificates of third-partyevaluation certification institutions for vocational skilllevels in China. As of 31 December 2021, the number of ourschools and centers in operation reached 231including 72 schools under New East CulinaryEducation, 45 schools under Omick Educationof Western Cuisine and Pastry, 20 centers underCuisine Academy, 33 schools under XinhuaInternet Technology Education, 22 schoolsunder Wisezone Data Technology Education, 38schools under Wontone Automotive Educationand 1 school under On-mind Fashion & BeautyEducation. 截至2020年12月31日，我們已在中國內地及香港運營206所學校，並成功頒發全國首批第三方
