The Company is principally engaged ininvestment holding. The principal activities of its subsidiaries arethe property investments, operation of a hair salon under thebrand name of “Headquarters”, provision of hospitality servicesin Hong Kong, provision of property related project managementservice, provision of commercial and personal loans andsecurities investments. T h e c o n d e n s e d c o n s o l i d a t e d f i n a n c i a l s t a t e m e n t s a r eunaudited, but have been reviewed by the Audit Committee ofthe Company.
