V.中期財務報告附註 V.NOTES TO THE INTERIM FINANCIALREPORT For the six months ended 30 June 2023 1. 1.General Information Century Legend (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) wasincorporated as an exempted company with limited liability inBermuda and its shares are listed on The Stock Exchange ofHong Kong Limited. The Company is principally engaged ininvestment holding. The principal activities of its subsidiaries arethe property investments, operation of a hair salon under thebrand name of “Headquarters”, provision of hospitality servicesin Hong Kong, provision of property related project managementservice, provision of commercial and personal loans andsecurities investments.
