The Company is principally engaged ininvestment holding. The principal activities of its subsidiaries arethe property investments, operation of a hair salon under thebrand name of “Headquarters”, provision of hospitality servicesin Hong Kong, provision of property related project managementservice, provision of commercial and personal loans andsecurities investments. Headquarters T h e c o n d e n s e d c o n s o l i d a t e d f i n a n c i a l s t a t e m e n t s a r eunaudited, but have been reviewed by the Audit Committee ofthe Company. The unaudited condensed consolidated financialstatements were approved and authorised for issue by thedirectors on 27 August 2025. 2.Basis of preparation 2. This unaudited condensed consolidated interim financialstatements for the six months ended 30 June 2025 including theexplanatory notes (the “Interim Financial information”) have beenprepared in accordance with accounting principles generallyaccepted in Hong Kong and comply with Hong Kong AccountingStandard 34 (“HKAS 34”), Interim Financial Reporting, issuedby the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants(“HKICPA”) and the applicable disclosure provisions of the RulesGoverning the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange ofHong Kong Limited.
