The World Bank has released a Playbook on Digital Social Protection Delivery Systems, which aims to promote dynamic inclusion and interoperability in the delivery of social protection services. The playbook provides guidance on how to design and implement digital social protection systems that are inclusive and interoperable, and it covers a range of topics such as data governance, user-centered design, and technology platforms. The authors of the playbook are Tina George Karippacheril, Luis Iñaki Alberro Encinas, Ana Lucia Cardenas Martinez, Conrad Daly, and Satyajit Suri.
