The Group, asahigh-tech enterprise with hydrogen fuel cell as its core product,is dedicated to creating a clean and sustainable world, leading theway in hydrogen energy, and creating a better future. The Group hasalways upheld to the development philosophy of “resilient, innovative,opennessand win-win”,adhered to self-dependent research,development,and innovation,and seeks for breakthrough andsuperiority. The Group has achieved innovative outcomes of hydrogenfuelcell application.On 5 December 2023,we were successfullylisted on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. This is not only a fullrecognition of our past development, but also marks the beginning ofa new chapter of development for the Group. TheCompany was confronted with major challenge from thedevelopmentof the hydrogen energy industry over the past year.In2023,we continued to take advantage of R&D innovation,technologicalinnovation and as a first-mover in the industry andmarket,focused on the facilitation of larger-scale domestic andoverseascommercial application of hydrogen-fueled commercialvehicles, and reached strategic cooperation among various upstreamand downstream enterprises to jointly research and develop hydrogenfuelcell vehicles including medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks,logistics vehicles, buses, rail transit and forklifts, for the purpose ofpromotingthe development in hydrogen energy industry.We have fullydemonstrated application outcomes and technological forcesof the Company’s product
