BUSINESS REVIEW 於二零二三年，本集團收益由截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度之190.7百萬港元增加102.5百 萬 港 元 至 截 至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月三十一日止年度之293.2百萬港元。整體毛利由截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度之34.5百萬港元增加26.3百萬港元至截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度之60.8百萬港元。收益及毛利增加主要由於來自消費者產品業務之收益及毛利增加所致。 In 2023, the revenue of the Group increased by HK$102.5 millionfrom HK$190.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2022to HK$293.2 million for the year ended 31 December 2023. Theoverall gross profit increased by HK$26.3 million from HK$34.5million for the year ended 31 December 2022 to HK$60.8 millionfor the year ended 31 December 2023. The increase in revenueand gross profit was mainly due to the increase in revenue andgross profit from consumer goods business. 本集團於截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度錄得年度虧損0.9百萬港元，較截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度錄得年度虧損1.4百萬港元減少約0.5百萬港元。年度虧損減少主要是由於來自消費者產品業務之毛利增加以及銷售及分銷開支及行政開支增加之綜合影響。 The Group recorded the loss for the year of HK$0.9 million forthe year ended 31 December 2023, representing a decrease ofapproximately HK$0.5 million as compared with the loss for theyear of HK$1.4 million for the year ended 31 December 2022. Thedecrease in loss for the year was mainly due to the combine effectof the increase in gross profit from consumer goods business andincrease in selling and distribution expenses and administrativeexpenses. PROSPECT 於二零二三年，香港、澳門及中國以及世界各地的經濟環境正在恢復，預期商業活動及經濟狀況將會反彈。我們預計上述預期復甦可能會提升我們的業務表現，本集團期望於香港及澳門展開更多建築項目及該等項目的配套工程，有助本集團於二零二四年保持穩定收入來源。 In 2023, the economic environment in Hong Kong, Macau and thePRC, as well as around the world, is recovering and a reboundof business activities and economic conditions is expected.We anticipate that the aforesaid expected recovery is likely toenhance our business performance, and the Group looks forwardto commencing more construction projects and works ancillaryto such projects in Hong Kong and Macau, which will help theGroup to maintain a stable revenue stream in 2024. 本集團將繼續致力為股東創造最大價值，堅持以務實進取的態度執行業務戰略，不斷尋找新商
