BUSINESS REVIEW 於二零二四年，本集團收益由截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度之293.2百萬港元減少104.5百 萬 港 元 至 截 至 二 零 二 四 年 十 二 月三十一日止年度之188.7百萬港元。整體毛利由截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度之60.8百萬港元減少24.8百萬港元至截至二零二四年十二月三十一日止年度之36.0百萬港元。收益及毛利減少主要由於來自消費者產品業務之收益及毛利減少所致。 In 2024, the revenue of the Group decreased by HK$104.5 millionfrom HK$293.2 million for the year ended 31 December 2023to HK$188.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2024. Theoverall gross profit decreased by HK$24.8 million from HK$60.8million for the year ended 31 December 2023 to HK$36.0 millionfor the year ended 31 December 2024. The decrease in revenueand gross profit was mainly due to the decrease in revenue andgross profit from consumer goods business. 本集團於截至二零二四年十二月三十一日止年度錄得年度虧損30.6百萬港元，較截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度錄得年度虧損0.9百萬港元增加約29.7百萬港元。年度虧損增加主要是由於其他借款利息及預期信貸虧損模式下減值虧損撥備的融資成本增加。 The Group recorded the loss for the year of HK$30.6 million forthe year ended 31 December 2024, representing an increase ofapproximately HK$29.7 million as compared with the loss for theyear of HK$0.9 million for the year ended 31 December 2023.The increase in loss for the year was mainly due to the increase infinance costs from interests on other borrowings and provision forimpairment loss under expected credit loss model.
