Overall, thereal estate market is developing in a stable and positive manner. 202320232.2 In 2023, the Group made sales promotion its top priority. Wethoroughly analysed marketing strategies and marketing methodsinnew busine ss e nvironme nts,incre ased our mar ketingi n c e nti ve s,e n h a n c e d o u r p e r fo r m a n c e rev i ew s,c l o s e l ymonitored every step of the marketing process, and encouragedmarketing team members to show proactiveness.
