Overall, thereal estate market is developing in a stable and positive manner. 202320232.2 In 2023, the Group made sales promotion its top priority. Wethoroughly analysed marketing strategies and marketing methodsinnew busine ss e nvironme nts,incre ased our mar ketingi n c e nti ve s,e n h a n c e d o u r p e r fo r m a n c e rev i ew s,c l o s e l ymonitored every step of the marketing process, and encouragedmarketing team members to show proactiveness. Therefore, weachievedrelatively good sales performance as compared tootherlocal real estate enterprises.Meanwhile,the we alsocontinued to expand our market reach, optimised our corporategovernancestructure,standardised all business procedures,enhancedour construction management and control systemcomprehensively in the areas of construction design, progress,quality, and safety, which allowed us to always guarantee ourp ro d u c tq u a l i t y,i n c r e a s e d b
