In particular, due to the sharp decline in the overallcost of installation, the newly installed capacity of solar power generation inChinareached 216.88 GW,representing an increase of 148.1%ascompared to the same period of last year, approximately equaling to thetotal installed capacity over the past four years. The increase in the installedcapacity and the entry of other enterprises has made the industry becomeincreasingly competitive. As the industry reshuffle and differentiation begin,the survival of the fittest will accelerate, and all parties need to assess thesituation and go with the trend. 二 零 二 三 年，世 界 經 濟 復 蘇 乏 力，經 濟 增 長 停 滯與 通 貨 膨 脹 並 存。中 國 經 濟 頂 住 重 重 壓 力，在爬 坡 中 前 行，顯 示 了 强 大 韌 性。在 能 源 轉 型 的 大背 景 下，二 零 二 三 年 的 光 伏 行 業 延 續 了 强 勁 發展 勢 頭，特 別 是 受 下 半 年 光 伏 裝 機 整 體 成 本 大幅 下 降 的 影 響，中 國 的 光 伏 發 電 新 增 裝 機 規 模216.88吉 瓦，較 去 年 同 期 增 長148.1%，接 近過去四 年 的 裝 機 總 和。隨 著 裝 機 規 模 的 不 斷 擴 大 及眾 多 跨 行 業 企 業 的 加 入，行 業 競 爭 日 趨 激 烈，行業 洗 牌 和 分 化 已 經 開 始，優 勝 劣 汰 加 速，各 方 需審時度勢，順勢而為。 於 本 報 告 期 間， 本 集 團 主 要 以 存 量 光 伏 電 站的 運 營 管 理 及 保 定 東 湖PPP項 目 的 投 資 建 設為 主。於 本 報 告 期 間，本 集 團 實 現 收 益 人 民 幣114,030,000元，較 去 年 同 期 下 降 約41.6%，本 公司 擁 有 人 應 佔 虧 損 人 民 幣18,179,000元，與 去 年同 期 相 比 虧 損 大 幅 減 少，主 要 由 於(i)二 零 二 二 年同 期，本 集 團 對 採 用 權 益 法 入 賬 的 聯 營 公 司 的業 績 份 額 確 認 純 虧 約 人 民 幣265,854,000元，而本 報 告 期 間，確 認 純 利 約 人 民 幣30,520,000元；及(ii)本 集 團 在 新 疆 和 豐 工 業 園 的 增 量 配 電 網 項目，本 報 告 期 間 因 該 項 目 的 投 資 預 期 出 現 不 明朗 因 素，對 該 項 目 資 產 計 提 減 值 撥 備 約 人 民 幣51,496,000元。 During the Reporting Period, the Group mainly focused on the operationand management of existing solar power plants as well as the investmentand construction of the Baoding Donghu PPP project.
