As a result of a decline in consumption powercaused by high inflation, coupled with consumer concerns over the uncertaineconomic outlook, consumers become more cautious and the retail industry hasweakened, with various brands experiencing inventory accumulation. In the face ofthe severe market environment, the Group has endeavored to maintain its position,proactively reduce costs and increase efficiencies, in order to safeguard stablecash flow of the Group and the sustainable development of its business segments.
