The Quest UK Pension Scheme has implemented its Engagement Policy Statement ("EPIS") during the year ending 31 March 2023. The EPIS outlines the policies and objectives set out in the Statement of Investment Principles ("SIP") related to asset stewardship, including voting and engagement activity. The scheme has followed its policies and objectives effectively, as evidenced by the disclosure of good evidence of voting and engagement activity by the underlying managers. The scheme's fiduciary manager, Aon Investments Limited, has also effectively managed and monitored the ESG integration and stewardship of the underlying managers on behalf of the scheme. The scheme is comfortable with the management and monitoring carried out by Aon.
