The World Bank Group's report on advancing health financing reforms in Kosovo aims to contribute to universal health coverage (UHC) goals. The report also suggests concrete short- and medium-term measures to develop capacity for strategic purchasing and risk pooling, and proposes piloting the management of the Outpatient Drug Benefit Package (ODBP) by the Health Insurance Fund (HIF) and introducing contracting and case-based payment.
