Inparticular, the live-streaming e-commerce business based on new mediaplatforms has achieved remarkable growth, which was a successfulimplementation of the Group’s diversification strategy, and the result of theGroup’s deep cultivation of video streaming technology, seizing the marketopportunities brought about by the rapid growth of the new media market.During the Interim Period, revenue of the Group was approximately RMB432.7million, representing an increase of 215.5% as compared to approximatelyRMB137.2 million for the Corresponding Period. The Group recorded a net profitof approximately RMB43.3 million for the Interim Period as compared to a netloss of approximately RMB30.0 million for the Corresponding Period. Moreover,the Group recorded a non-HKFRS adjusted net profit* of approximately RMB94.6million for the Interim Period, representing an increase of 1,798.0% as comparedto the non-HKFRS adjusted net profit* of approximately RMB5.0 million for theCorresponding Period. The remarkable results of the Group’s new media servicessegment deployed by the Group since 2019 were the main reason for the netprofit recorded during the Interim Period.
