The Envision Net Zero Action Report 2025 represents, not just thefulfillment of an annual promise, but also our commitment to ourfounding principles. Envision has achieved operational carbon neutrality three years in arow, even as our global business has expanded rapidly. In 2024, wewent further: fulfilling our RE100 commitment to meet 100% of ourenergy needs through renewables a full year ahead of schedule. Nowwe’ve set our sights on helping our core suppliers do the same. By bringing together green energy and green industry systems tocreate green industrial clusters, Envision’s pioneering Net ZeroIndustrial Parks are breaking through the so-called energy trilemma todeliver clean, stable, and cost-effective power to industrial users asthey transition away from carbon. From Ordos to Chifeng, France toSpain, China to the world, Net Zero Industrial Parks are creating newopportunities and prosperity around the globle. Even more exciting, we believe we stand at the crossroads of a digitaland energy revolution: As AI reshapes the virtual world, Envision hasundertaken the profound mission of integrating AI deep researchcapabilities into real-world energy systems. Built around the coreprinciple of “physical artificial intelligence”, we’re rethinking thesymbiosis between man and energy — and inaugurating a new era ofAI-driven productive forces. Every gust of wind, every beam of light, every watt of energy will become a neuron in a new global energysystem, powering the way forward to a more prosperous, sustainableworld. While AI is often treated as an energy-consuming “monster”, Envisionis redefining the relationship between computing and energy. We builtthe world’s first zero-carbon AI data center (AIDC) in Ulanqab, InnerMongolia, and launched a compute-power coordinated data center inChifeng. These innovations showcase a new model of net zero digitalinfrastructure — one that both supplies computing with power andoptimizes power with computing. Our green compute solutions arealready being adopted by tech giants like Tencent as we work toresolve the conundrum between expanding the capabilities of AI andrising energy consumption. Today, 750 million people around the world still lack access to electricity.Every lightbulb we turn on represents new hope and a fresh start. Elsewhere, Envision’s net zero ecosystem continues to grow. We havepartnered with DHL on sustainable aviation fuel to help the companymeet its 2050 emissions target, with Starbucks on a low-carbon coffeeinnovation park set to become a global sustainability showcase, withNike on a wind and solar powered smart logistics center that’s becomea National Energy Administration case study, and with Merck China ona green energy procurement agreement that will help the pharmaindustry cut its reliance on carbon. From boosting Tesco’s energyefficiency to optimizing DragonCor’s ESG assets, Envision’s net zeropartners cover everything from energy and manufacturing toconsumption and logistics. To that end, Envision will put AI’s monitoring, decision-making, anditerative powers to work strengthening our wind, storage, grid, and NetZero Industrial Park solutions as we help clients in Africa, LatinAmerica, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Europeescape the high-carbon trap and embrace net zero prosperity. In Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, an Envision energy storage station keeps thelights on even at -45°C. At ACEN’s Quezon North Wind project in thePhilippines, our turbines are creating over 1,000 local job opportunities.Along the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Laos, de-mined land is now beingrepurposed for wind generation, leveraging green power to help healthe scars of war. In Africa, Envision energy storage stations aretransforming deserts into green energy “oases”: providing stable powerto hospitals, schools, and communities. Whether it’s Egypt’s Gulf ofSuez wind project, a new renewable energy plant in Kazakhstan, or anet zero green hydrogen production park in Spain, we are turningregions around the globe into core hubs of a new energy industry chain. We know all too well that the road to net zero will not be easy. Facingsevere headwinds, we cannot allow the green revolution to splinter
