Organisational Structure AIFC Management Council The AIFC Management Council is a permanent collegial body chaired by the President of the Republicof Kazakhstan and is the supreme governing body of the AIFC. It is responsible for identifying strategicdirections for AIFC development. The Council is authorised to adopt AIFC Acts, determine the structureand composition of AIFC Bodies, approve annual reports on AIFC activities, etc. The composition of theCouncil is app
