ORGANIZATION AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Navitas Semiconductor Corporation (“The Company”) was founded in 2014 and has since been developing next-generation powersemiconductors including gallium nitride (“GaN”) power integrated circuits (“ICs”), silicon carbide (“SiC”) and associated high-speedsilicon system controllers and digital isolators used in power conversion and charging. The Company presently operates as a product designhouse that contracts the manufacturing of its chips and packaging to partner suppliers.
