The collaboration took place underthe umbrella of a new strategic partnership between the AfDB's Statistics Department (ECST) and theWBG’s Office of the Chief Statistician. Their joint efforts are directed at offering sustained support toAfrican countries in strengthening data governance, data management, and data dissemination. The Diagnostic was requested by the National Institute of Information and Communication Technologies(INTIC), Mozambique’s ICT regulator, an institution sup
