Our business is focused on fast-growingand emerging market categories, with an emphasiso np r o v i d i n g e n v i r o n m e n t a l l y - f r i e n d l y a n denergy-saving solutions. 2. 2.BUSINESS REVIEW ICIC(i)(ii)(iii)(iv) LED(v)(vi) XMC The Group sources and sells ICs products, focusingon the consumer and industrial product sectors. Wealsoprovide ICs application solutions and value-added services to suit the needs of our customers.While our application solutions can be utilised in awiderange of electronic products,we specialiseinthe following five major product categories:(i)mobile devices and smart charging;(ii)motorcontrol;(iii)sensors and automation;(iv)LEDlighting; (v) RF power; and (vi) XMC. 3. 3.BUSINESS MODEL ICICICICPCBICIC Weprimarily engage in sourcing and sale of ICproductsand the provisions of IC applicationsolutionsand value-added services to suit theneedsof our customers.We cater to customersinthe consumer and industrial product sectorswhorequire additional support and value-addedservicesin addition to standardised productsandlogistics services.To help our customersattaintheir desired product requirements andfunctions,we assist our customers in selectingandsourcing the most appropriate ICs,andprovide IC application solutions to suit the needsofour customers.This includes providing thecircuitrydesign and transferring and fitting thecircuitry layout onto printed circuit boards (“PCB”),designingappropriate software where needed,developingprototype evaluation boards,sourcingand suggesting the specific brands of ICs required,andthen producing reference designs accordingtothe customers’requirements or specifications.We sell to our customers the ICs that we sourcedtogether with our reference designs. Our customersthen assemble the relevant parts of their productsaccording to our reference designs. We also provideafter-sales support and troubleshooting services tohelp solve our customers’ problems if there are anytechnical issues with the end products. ICICIC We do not charge a separate fee for our provisionsofIC application solutions and value - addedservicesrendered.We derive our revenue fromcharging a “mark-up” or a “margin” on top of the ICsthat we re-sell to our customers.
