Our business is focused on fast-growingand emerging market categories, with an emphasiso np r o v i d i n g e n v i r o n m e n t a l l y - f r i e n d l y a n denergy-saving solutions. 2019(COVID-19)2022 Despitethe end of the three-year CoronavirusDisease2019(COVID-19)pandemic,internationalandregional tensions have intensified the energycrisis,disrupted the global supply chain andhammeredthe econo my.T he post- pandemicrecovery of the domestic economy has also beenslowerthan expected.The uncertainties broughtabouta challenging business environment.Sincethe second half of 2022, as progressive innovationinthe consumer electronics and other marketshave entered the decline stage, the weak demandin the consumer market has caused chip supplierstocut back on orders.The pressure on chipmanufacturers to reduce inventory has risen sharply,andthe semiconductor industry has entered adownwardcycle.However,the demand for chipsinthe realm of high-power renewable energy,energy storage, industrial automation and artificialintelligenceremains high under the systematicdestockingcycle,bringing new developmentopportunities for semiconductor enterprises. 2. 2.CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR ENDDATE 202411 8123133120253312024112025331 A st h e C o m p a n y ’s a n n o u n c e m e n t d a t e d 8November2024,the Board resolved to changethe financial year end date of the Company from31December to 31 March.Accordingly,the nextfinancial year end date of the Company will be 31March2025 and the next audited consolidatedfinancial statements of the Group to be publishedwillcover the period of 15 months commencingon 1 January 2024 and ending on 31 March 2025.Please refer to the above mentioned announcementfor details. 3. 3.BUSINESS REVIEW ICIC2024 Asa stable supplier of sourcing and sale ofi n te g ra te dc i rc u i t(“I C s” )p ro d u c t s a n d t h eprovisions of ICs application, the Group’s short-termresultswere challenged by the contraction inindustry demand in 2024. However, the Group hasbeenproactive in addressing market challengesand continues to explore new growth areas to buildup strength for future development.
