Our business is focused on fast-growingand emerging market categories, with an emphasiso np r o v i d i n g e n v i r o n m e n t a l l y - f r i e n d l y a n denergy-saving solutions. COVID-192022 Afteryears of COVID -19,the global economyslowed down due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict,fluctuationsof raw material prices and exchangerate,as well as the continued pandemic,whichconstrained the development of the semiconductorindustr y.Since the second half of 2022,asprogressive innovation in the consumer electronicsand other markets have entered the decline stage,theweak demand in the consumer market hascausedchip suppliers to cut back on orders.Thepressure on chip manufacturers to reduceinventory has risen sharply, and the semiconductorindustry has entered a downward cycle. However,the demand for chips in the realm of high-powerrenewableenergy,energy storage,industrialautomationand artificial intelligence remains highunderthe systematic destocking cycle,bringingnew development opportunities for semiconductorenterprises. 2. 2.BUSINESS REVIEW ICIC2023 Asa stable supplier of sourcing and sale ofi n te g ra te dc i rc u i t(“I C s” )p ro d u c t s a n d t h eprovisions of ICs application, the Group’s short-termresultswere challenged by the contraction inindustry demand in the first half of 2023. However,the Group has been proactive in addressing marketchallengesand continues to explore new growthareas to build up strength for future development. ICIC(i)(ii)(iii)(iv) LED(v) The Group focuses on the consumer and industrialproduct sectors, we source and sell ICs products.Wealso provide ICs application solutions andvalue-addedservices to suit the needs of ourcustomers.While our application solutions canbe utilised in a wide range of electronic products,wespecialise in the following five major productcategories: (i) mobile devices and smart charging;(ii) motor control; (iii) sensors and automation; (iv)LED lighting; and (v) RF power. 20236302022630 Breakdownof our revenue generated by productcategory for the six months ended 30 June 2023and 30 June 2022 is set forth below: 3. 3.FINANCIAL REVIEW Revenue 33,100,00072,800,00054.5% Revenuefor the Period is approximately US$33.1millionas compared to approximately US$72.8million for the Preceding Period, which representsa decrease of approximately 54.5%. This is mainlyat
