Itis a single-country, open-economy CGE model featuringmultiple sectors, institutions, and factors of production. This paper presents the model’s structure and implemen-tation, including its graphical user interface, methodsfor estimating and updating Social Accounting Matrices(SAMs), as well as tools for conducting sensitivity analysesand stochastic simulations. This paper is a product of the Economic Policy Global Department. It is part of a larger effort by the World Bank toprovide open access to its research and make a contribution to development policy discussions around the world.
