The Report forms an integral part ofour annual reporting and should be read in conjunction withour 2024/25 Annual Report, and particularly the CorporateGovernance Report contained therein. REPORTING PERIOD TheReport provides an overview of the Group’s ESGmanagementapproach and performance during the yearfrom1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025(the“ReportingPeriod”), unless otherwise specified. REPORTING STANDARDS AND PRINCIPLES The Report is prepared in accordance with the “mandatorydisclosurerequirements”and the“comply or explain”provisionsof the Environmental,Social and GovernanceReporting Guide (the “ESG Guide”) as set out in AppendixC2of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities onTheStock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“StockExchange”). In preparation of the Report, the Group adheresto the reporting principles as set out in the ESG Guide: C2 Materiality Quantitative Material ESG issues have been identified throughstakeholder engagement and materiality assessmentand reviewed by the top management to ensure theirsignificance to our business operations. Quantitativemetrics have been disclosed intheReport to monitor and evaluate our ESGperformancefor year-to-year comparisons andkeeptrack of our progress towards our ESGtargets.
