In thisreport, we present the Group’s achievement in sustainabilitymanagement for the year from 1 April 2024 to 31 March2025 (the “Financial Year 2024/25”). ESG Despite the threats, uncertainties and potential risks that theGroup has encountered during the year, we continuouslydeliver quality products and services to achieve customersatisfaction, and provide support to environmental protectionand the community in which it operates to sustain ourbusiness development. The Group is committed to integrateenvironmental, social and governance (“ESG”) and othersustainabilityfactors into its operations,reduce theenvironmental impact from project development cycles, takethe initiative in combating the climate change, and proactivelypromotes the implementation of green health. B10011%10% During the year, we use Cooking Oil Methyl Esters (UCOME)“B100 Biodiesel” to generate electricity for some plants andmachineries used in one of our project. By turning waste toenergy, we not only got an economical and cost-effectivegreen mobile electricity by using less fuel, but also reducesGreenhouseGas Emissions(“GHG Emissions”)to helpimproving the environment. According to the research ofenvironmental protection professionals, biodiesel emits 11%less carbon monoxide and 10% less particulate matter thandiesel. ESG1243 Climate change is also one of the Group’s challenges.We actively monitored the climate risk management andprovide training to our staff so to effectively manage anddisclose the climate-related issues. We have set up theSustainability Committee during the year to monitor theESG and climate-related issues. Please refer to page 12 forthe Responding to Climate Change and page 43 for theterms of reference and the composition of members of theSustainability Committee on the annual report. Customers are important stakeholders of the Group. In thewhole process of project development and management,driven by the commitment to good design, good materials,excellent quality and service, we develop effective solutionsthat keep pace with the customers’ demand for quality andsafety, green and healthy. Our personnel management strives to builda satisfactory, efficient and value-creating team. We focus onrecruitment and staff development, continue to improve theperformance management system and refine qualitative andquantitative performance indicators to increase the breadthof performance evaluation to monitor employees to achievehigher performance and targets.
