This is the Environmental, Social and Gover nance (“ESG”)Report (the “ESG Report”) published by Wuxi Life InternationalHoldings Group Limited to the stakeholders of the Company andits subsidiaries, aiming to summarize the policies, measures andperformance in relation to the sustainable development of theGroup. 1.1. 1.1. Reporting Scope and Period GEMGEMC2 The preparation and presentation of related information inthis ESG Report has been prepared in accordance with theEnvironmental, Social and Governance Reporting Code (the“ESG Reporting Code”) as set out in Appendix C2 to theRules (the “GEM Listing Rules”) Governing the Listing ofSecurities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited. The ESG Report describes the sustainability effortsmade by the Group during the period from 1 January 2024to 31 December 2024 (the “Reporting Period” or the“Year”). The Group is committed to creating sustainable values forour stakeholders by continuously enhancing our businesspractices to reduce environmental impacts created by ourdaily operations. The Group believes that adequate ESGgovernance strategies and practices are crucial to long-termsustainable development, enhancing the Group’s investmentvalue and returns.
