ABOUT THE GLOBAL TRADE AND INNOVATION POLICY ALLIANCE TheGlobal Trade and Innovation Policy Alliance(GTIPA)constitutes a global network ofindependent think tanks that are ardent supporters of greater global trade liberalization andintegration,deplore trade-distorting“innovation mercantilist”practices,yet believe thatgovernments can and should play important and proactive roles in spurring greater innovation andproductivity in their enterprises and economies.
