For the six months ended 30June 2025, the total revenue of the Group was approximatelyRMB358.8 million, while profit for the six months ended wasapproximately RMB7.9 million. 60.232.09.8%16.8% We generated gross profit of approximately RMB60.2 millionfor the six months ended 30 June 2025 as compared toapproximately RMB32.0 million for the six months ended 30June 2024. The Group’s gross profit margins increased from9.8% for the six months ended 30 June 2024 to 16.8% for thesix months ended 30 June 2025. The increase is mainly due tothe increase in revenue. OUTLOOK Since our Group’s establishment in 2000 and foothold inGuangzhou, we have built a strong position in Guangdongprovince. In view of the PRC’s continuous growth in theeconomy and urbanisation, as well as the expected increase inthe number of new properties, apart from growing the businessthrough organic growth initiatives, we plan to leverage on ourextensive experience in cleaning and maintenance services andexpand our presence in both existing and new markets. Weintend to replicate our model to other regions in the PRC witha strong demand for property cleaning services. Our Groupalso explore and pursue opportunities to expand the customerbase and bolster the geographic presence in other provincesby potential acquisition and/or investment in cleaning andmaintenance service provider(s) in the Greater Bay Area toenable us to expand the geographic reach and tender forcleaning services provision in major infrastructures to becompleted in the near future. MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION ANDANALYSIS(continued) FINANCIAL REVIEW Revenue For the six months ended 30 June 2025, we derived ourrevenue primarily from (i) property cleaning services for varioustype of commercial building, residential building, transportationhub, shopping mall, public utilities and industrial park; and(ii) public space cleaning services primarily for road sweepingand cityscape cleaning. We recorded revenue of approximatelyRMB358.8 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025.For the six months ended 30 June 2025, our revenue mainlygenerated from property cleaning services and public spacecleaning services, accounted for 95.8% and 4.2%, respectively,of our total revenue.
